Zhiming Energy provides 1-year warranty for the whole machine, extendable to 2 years for core components. During warranty, failures caused by quality issues are repaired or replaced free of charge. Beyond warranty, we continue paid maintenance services to ensure long-term stable operation.

What if equipment fails? Is after-sales service available?
